Q: Where do I meet the bus when I arrive at the airport?

A: you will need to meet the bus at the bus parking bay number 6 - located right outside the domestic terminal.

 

Q: Does the shuttle pick up international passengers?

A: Yes, however you will need to walk to bus bay 6 located outside the domestic terminal. You can find this location by following the green line. (Refer to map on confirmation)

 

Q: My flight arrival time has changed, what will happen with my airport pickup?

A: The shuttle bus passes bus bay 6 every 30 minutes so should you miss the bus you booked, don't worry! The next bus won't be far away!

 

Q: I need to cancel my booking, will I get a refund?

A: 24 hours notice in writing is required should you need to cancel your transfer. Please email bookings@cairnsairportshuttle.com.au

 

Q: How do I edit my booking?

A: For last minute changes please phone us on 0432488783

 

Q: How long does it take to get to my hotel?

A: Approximately 20 minutes

 

Q: Do you do transfers to port Douglas and if so how much?

Q: Do you supply car seats?

A: No, however you can bring your own. Children do not require car seats when traveling on a bus. They can sit on the parents lap.

 

Q: Where do I enter in the discount code?

A: At the bottom of the booking field.

 

Q: Do you do transfers to areas that is not on the list

A: Yes we do, please email the friendly team with your booking enquiry bookings@cairnsairportshuttle.com.au

 

Q: My discount code isn't working?

A: Codes are case sensitive. Each code is unique for either arrival or departure transfers. Make sure the code has not expired. Please email the friendly team at: bookings@cairnsairportshuttle.com.au and they will be happy to help.

 

Q: Do I include my childs seat on the booking?

A: You only need to pay/include children if they are above 5 years of age.

 

Q: How do I make my booking?

A: To book your transfer you need to fill out the online booking form and complete payment. The booking is ONLY confirmed when you receive a booking reference number.

 

Q: Can we book a private transfer?
